If you are not satisfied with any part of your order you may return or exchange any non-software item within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund (software is exchangeable for same product only). Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will not issue refunds or make exchanges for products that are defaced by the customer (writing on the pages of the book, extreme wear and tear, etc.). Products offered in the Bargain Bin will not be exchanged or replaced for any reason and are sold As Is.

To return an item for a refund:
If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason and would like to return it for a refund please send the item to the address above, and include the following information:
- Your name
- Your address (including city, state, and zip code)
- Your daytime phone number and/or email address (should we have any questions)
- The method of payment used to place the order (If you used a credit card to place the order the refund will appear as a credit on the same card used to place the order.)
- The date the order was placed
- The reason you are requesting a refund (optional)
Please allow 10 business days from the time we receive the returned product to process your refund.
To exchange a product for another item in our catalog:
