ITEMS "ON ORDER"(back to top) When placing an order for which one or more of the desired products is labeled "On Order," two options are available: 1) Request that all in-stock items ship immediately and pay a separate shipping charge for the On Order item(s). (i.e., for a two item order -- one in-stock, one On Order -- shipped standard delivery to a U.S. address, the shipping charge would be $12). At this time we are unable to ship On Order items via expedited delivery methods (2-day or overnight) through the Web site. Please call 1-800-244-2224 during regular business hours to arrange for expedited delivery of On Order items. 2) Request that all products ship together, requiring the entire order to be held until the On Order item is available.
